Hoffmann-La Roche, Central Utility Expansion - Nutley, NJ
This project involved a $13 million upgrade to the central chilled water plant and the site electrical substation serving the campus. All system upgrades had to be designed not to impact the ongoing research and production activities on the campus.
The existing chilled water campus loop was expanded from the initial 5,000-ton capacity to 13,000 tons , and modified from primary only to a primary/secondary distribution system.
