Hoffmann-La Roche, Building 76 - Nutley, NJ
Building 76 is Roche's signature building located on its Nutley, New Jersey campus. The building has 15 floors, each consisting of approximately 17,000 sq. ft. with a mechanical penthouse on the roof level. This project has achieved U.S.G.B.C. LEED Gold Certification and consists of fitting -out floors 7 through 15 to an open office environment consisting of workstations and support areas.
USDA, National Animal Health Center - Ames, IA
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) facility in Ames, IA the only complex in the country to diagnose both domestic and foreign animal diseases.
BSL-3 enhanced research and testing capability has been provided for, with interstitial spaces housing HEPA filtration. The project is expected to receive LEED Silver certification.
U. Louisville, Center for Predictive Medicine - Louisville, KY
The $34.6-million Center for Predictive Medicine (37,000 sf) one of 13 such labs being built through a NIAID plan to better protect Americans from biological threats. The lab's mission is to develop vaccines to fight bioterrorism and emerging infectious diseases. The building will house laboratories, animal facility, along with administrative and scientific offices and building support.
